As most RK Curation products are customized and made to order, we generally do not offer refunds once production has begun.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within *24 hours* of placing the order, provided production has not started.
- Once customization or production begins, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds will only be considered if:
- An incorrect product has been delivered.
- The product arrives damaged due to shipping.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
Any issue must be reported within *48 hours* of delivery with clear photographs and order details.
Approved refunds will be processed within *7–10 business days* via the original payment method.
Customized products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
